To be able to describe who Micro Medic is and what our corporate philosophy is on how we serve our customers, it is probably easier to describe what we are not.

First and foremost Micro Medic is not an MSP (Managed Service Provider). While our industry is pushing everyone in that direction we feel we can provide better service by offering individualized services to each of our customers to meet that customers specific needs. While we offer many of the services traditionally found in an MSP offering we do not force a one size fits all approach, and we don’t tie our customers down with long term commitments, minimums, retainers, or the like.

We are also not a help desk. You do not call a 800 number a get put into a queue and the next available tech will take your call. We do not outsource our support but instead we do it all in-house.

What we do is to take a more personal approach. To that end we assign customers to an individual tech, or a primary and secondary tech when necessary. This relational approach allows our techs to learn your systems and your people and be able to service you better and more efficiently and allows the customer to build a relationship with those techs. Their assigned tech(s) are the first line of support. The customer has their direct number and email. Of course if their assigned tech is not available they can always call the office and talk to a actual person and not an auto attendant.
